Two cities, two worlds bordering and a wall between them. Through the wall live the nobles, outside it the plebeians. There is no association between their inhabitants and there are very few who pass through the gates every day. Mainly suppliers and workers with special license. Xenia and Thomas live in the middle of the city, among the privileged, enjoying the comforts and opulence provided by wealth. Until the moment Thomas makes a fatal mistake. Driven from their homeland because of this, they are forced to leave their family and friends behind and take the road of exile, with an unknown destination. Along the way, they will see things they didn't imagine existed. They will experience unprecedented situations, they will find themselves on dangerous paths and difficulties that seem insurmountable but also on the verge of poverty. Their attempt to find a place where they may be able to reunite with their children seems futile. Will they finally be able to find a place to settle? Or will they be doomed to a perpetual journey?
